RGB could be some time deluding since it has a more extensive shading "range" than CMYK. There are hues you could see on a PC screen that you just can't duplicate with CMYK inks - especially not with any of the dissolvable inks on a medium like a vinyl banner design. You should know this before you complete your sign standard printing.
