Dès le titre, on frisonne. Et, hélas, ce sont toujours les mêmes constats . Le diagnostic est là...mais avons nous les remèdes ?
Le film mérite d'être vu car il rassemble tous les éléments dont j'ai pu prendre connaissance depuis 10 ans.
