Call for Proposals applicants can submit project proposals addressing the following topics:

The UIA payment scheme is mainly based on the principle of advance ERDF payment:

A first ERDF advance payment corresponding to 50% of the ERDF grant is made to the Urban Authority on signature of the Subsidy Contract
A second ERDF advance payment corresponding to 30% of the ERDF grant is made to the Urban Authority after the submission and approval of an interim progress report which includes audited project expenditure
A third ERDF payment is made upon approval of the final progress report which also includes the audited project expenditure
A final ERDF payment is made to the project after the submission and approval of the final qualitative report
