Scope: Based on an established agro-food system, proposals shall consider a variety of additional bio-based processes and end products that could be integrated into the system, and that are viable on a small scale (farm to rural community level). The TRL of the technologies considered can vary at the start. The project shall test and demonstrate the combination of these in a circular configuration. The integrated system shall achieve a TRL 6-7. Proposals can target any combination of non-food bio-based outputs, but projects focusing mainly on bio-fuels or bio-energy are not eligible. The choice of feed-stock sources shall avoid negative effects on food security. Proposals shall focus on a single agro-food system that should be common in Europe and offer high replication potential, and can be combined with sustainable management of natural areas and/or use of marginal lands. A complete assessment (economic, environmental and social) of the integrated system shall be carried out. The project shall include a business plan, and a set of policy options and recommendations.

REC programme - Call for Proposals for 2017 Operating Grants open to EU-level networks active in the area: "rights of persons with disabilities" and having signed a Framework Partnership Agreement 2015-2017
The objective of the Call is to promote and protect the rights of persons with disabilities. More specifically, the activities of the networks should contribute to one or more of the following priorities:
supporting the implementation of the priorities of the European Disability Strategy 2010-2020, including in the context of its mid-term review;
contributing to the implementation of the UNCRPD and promoting the involvement of the national member organisations in the implementation;
supporting and contributing to implement the UN Concluding Observations on the report on the implementation of the UNCRPD by the EU;
supporting the achievement of the Europe 2020 strategy targets on employment, poverty and education;
supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of EU and national policies and legislation in the area of disability;
contributing to mainstreaming different aspects of disability matters in the EU and national policies, particularly in the areas of employment, education, social inclusion, social protection, health, human rights, international cooperation and development to make sure that the rights and needs of persons with disabilities are properly addressed;
contributing to improving accessibility to goods and services, including by supporting the work on the European Accessibility Act and other EU legislation;
contributing to the development of specific policies relevant to disabilities in the area of independent living, in particular as regards the transition from institutional to community-based care.

Call for proposal EACEA 13/2017 – Promotion of European Works Online 2018
ELIGIBLE ACTIONS
The Promotion of European Works Online scheme shall provide support to:
- Action 1: Actions such as digital promotion, marketing, branding, tagging and development of new offers by existing VOD services offering a majority of European works. The aim of the action is to improve the visibility, discoverability and global audience of European audiovisual works.
- Action 2: Support to the development of "Online Ready" packages;
- Action 3: Innovative strategies for distribution and promotion of European audiovisual works, including audience development initiatives focusing on innovative and participatory strategies
reaching out to wider audiences with European films.

This call for proposals will support one pilot for the co-financing of one Innovation Procurement Broker to develop and implement a sustainable method for the successful facilitation of public procurement of innovation. A specific focus will be put on the broad area of topics related to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency within the European Single Market.

Open call for SME Instrument Phase 1 Seal holders
The Region of Lombardy renewed its scheme for SME Instrument Phase 1 Seal of Excellence holders who were awarded between the September 2016 and September 2017 cut-off. SMEs can apply under the regional R&I Call Innodriver (Misura B), submitting the same Horizon 2020 SME Instrument proposal, the Seal certificate and the Evaluation Summary Report provided by the European Commission. The proposal will not be re-evaluated but will have to comply to the criteria set in the call. The grant of 30.000€ is intended to support the further development of the business plan and related feasibility activities.

Support for Development of Audiovisual Content - Single Project 2018 - EACEA/22/2017
ELIGIBLE ACTIONS
The development activities for the following audiovisual works are eligible:
- Feature films, animations and creative documentaries of a minimum length of 60 minutes intended primarily for cinematic release;
- Fiction projects (one-off or series) of a total duration of minimum 90 minutes, animation (one-off or series) of a total duration of minimum 24 minutes and creative documentaries (one-off or series) of a total duration of minimum 50 minutes intended primarily for the purposes of television;
- Fiction projects of a total duration or user experience of minimum 90 minutes, animation of a total duration or user experience of minimum 24 minutes and creative documentaries of a total duration or user experience of minimum 50 minutes intended primarily for the purposes of Digital platform exploitation. For projects presenting a user experience in a non-linear format (e.g. Virtual Reality), these minimums do not apply.
The digital platform is addressing the following types of projects: animation, creative documentaries and fiction projects intended for multiple screen-based devises, interactive projects, linear and non-linear web-series and narrative virtual reality projects.
Deadline:
The call for proposals has two deadlines. To be included in the 1st deadline, the application for support must be submitted and received between the date of the publication of the call for proposals and 23/11/2017, 12.00 noon (midday Brussels time). To be included in the 2nd deadline, the application for support must be submitted and received between 01/12/2017 and 19/04/2018, 12.00 noon (midday Brussels time), the date of
closure of the call for proposals.
