Save the date for the workshop on 'Education, Training and Skills: Connecting students and employers - the case of electronics', organised by the European Commission, DG Connect.

The workshop 'Education, Training and Skills: Connecting students and employers - the case of electronics' will be held from 9:30 to 16:00, on 13 October 2015. The aim of the workshop is to discuss concrete measures that can be implemented using existing instruments including HORIZON 2020 or the sector skills alliance, an initiative designed to promote European cooperation within a specific sector of the economy. The workshop also aims to discuss the effective means to better connect supply and demand of the workforce as well as to set out the enabling conditions to bring these closer together.
