Description of the field or fields covered by the call for expressions of interest:
1. management, conflict management, supervisions, business management and organisation, project management, change management, management coaching, 360-degree assessment;
2. finance, procurement, contract and treasury;
3. customer relations, marketing, how to communicate with and welcome the public, protocol, internal and external communication;
4. audit, operational audit, standards and quality control, ethics and integrity, anti-fraud, balanced score card and indicators management;
5. human resources management and career guidance, social/organisational psychology;
6. individual development techniques (oral and written expression techniques, work organisation and personal efficiency, time management, stress management, chairing meetings, emotional intelligence, mind mapping, how to negotiate efficiently, developing memory capacity, etc.), mediation, soft skills in general;
7. special techniques for in-house trainers and coaching techniques for trainers;
8. logistics, organisation of large scale events, supply, infrastructure management, working environment, hygiene and safety, building maintenance;
9. secretarial and documentalist posts, administrative or general efficiency, filing, archiving, documentation;
10. better use of the Office's official languages in a professional context (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish), language in general;
11. office automation, micro-computing and new technologies, at user level;
12. specialised training for computer specialists and computer maintenance engineers;
13. intellectual/industrial property (trade marks, designs, patents, copyright, counterfeiting, etc.);
14. international, national and comparative laws, policies, economics, and practice (civil, commercial, administrative, criminal, procedural, data protection, labour, etc.);
15. European Union (EU law, policies, economics, practice, etc.);
16. team building, team development, organising events designed to improve team performance;
17. knowledge management, content management, digitalisation;
18. others: any other subject which companies feel would be useful to the OHIM
Applications to appear on this list may be submitted at any time during the period of validity of this list, with the exception of the last 3 months of that period.
