The objectives of this call are to support national authorities in charge of equality and nondiscrimination of PROGRESS participating countries in: a) Developing their national policy to combat discrimination and promote equality beyond legislation; b) Fostering the dissemination of information on EU and national policy and legislation in the non-discrimination field; c) Identifying best practices which could be transferable to other participating countries.

This call aims to support activities which contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of European and national policies and legislation exclusively in one of the following areas: non-discrimination and Roma integration, orequal rights for persons with disabilities, orequality between women and men.

The priority areas of this call for proposals are:
1. Fighting against discrimination based on sexual orientation in society and promoting the rights of LGBTI people.
2. Diversity management in the public and private sector: identification of existing practices, measurement of diversity management benefits, and awareness-raising.
3. Roma: activities aiming to raise awareness and combat harmful stereotypes of Roma and supporting thereby their integration into mainstream society.
4. To raise awareness about intergenerational solidarity and non-discrimination on the basis of age (in particular of young people).
