Main  objective

Provide specific operating grants for the year 2019 to
European networks having signed a Framework Partnership Agreements 2018-2021 with the European Commission. 

The specific operating grants will enhance the capacities of the networks to contribute actively to the development and implementation of all relevant policies. 

 

Objectives – Priorities
The objective of the Call is to promote and protect the rights of persons with disabilities, to ensure that people with disabilities can fully enjoy their rights.

This call for proposals will support one pilot for the co-financing of one Innovation Procurement Broker to develop and implement a sustainable method for the successful facilitation of public procurement of innovation. A specific focus will be put on the broad area of topics related to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency within the European Single Market.

The general objective of this call for proposals is to establish an Innovation Procurement Broker that will bring together and facilitate commercial links between public buyers, suppliers of innovation (with a special focus on SMEs and start-ups), investors, and researchers.

 

 

In order to achieve the objectives of this call for proposals, the applicant shall act as Innovation Procurement Broker. In the proposal, applicants must describe the following activities to be carried out:

  • Define the role and fine tune the tasks of the Innovation Procurement Broker
  • Promote and manage two networks of stakeholders in the European innovation eco-system
  • Advise public buyers on the definition of their actual procurement needs
  • Define innovative products or services that tackle actual needs of the public buyers
  • Propose recommendations, provide advice and strengthen knowledge sharing

Priorities

The main objective is to contribute to the effective and coherent application of the acquis relating to judicial cooperation in civil and criminal matters.

The priority shall be given to the following:

  • support setting up and strengthening of national networks under the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters in order to ensure better implementation and case-handling under the civil justice legislation.

The aim of strengthened national networks would be to promote better implementation of EU civil justice instruments through cooperation, dialogue, sharing of experience, exchange of information and training (where appropriate also in liaison with other national systems).

REC programme - Call for Proposals for 2017 Operating Grants open to EU-level networks active in the area: "rights of persons with disabilities" and having signed a Framework Partnership Agreement 2015-2017

 

The objective of the Call is to promote and protect the rights of persons with disabilities. More specifically, the activities of the networks should contribute to one or more of the following priorities:
 supporting the implementation of the priorities of the European Disability Strategy 2010-2020, including in the context of its mid-term review;
 contributing to the implementation of the UNCRPD and promoting the involvement of the national member organisations in the implementation;
 supporting and contributing to implement the UN Concluding Observations on the report on the implementation of the UNCRPD by the EU;
 supporting the achievement of the Europe 2020 strategy targets on employment, poverty and education;
 supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of EU and national policies and legislation in the area of disability;
 contributing to mainstreaming different aspects of disability matters in the EU and national policies, particularly in the areas of employment, education, social inclusion, social protection, health, human rights, international cooperation and development to make sure that the rights and needs of persons with disabilities are properly addressed;
 contributing to improving accessibility to goods and services, including by supporting the work on the European Accessibility Act and other EU legislation;
 contributing to the development of specific policies relevant to disabilities in the area of independent living, in particular as regards the transition from institutional to community-based care.
