Interreg Europe will organise two seminars in Dublin on 13-15 November 2018, one on communication and one on finance.Participation in the seminars is by invitation only.

Lead partners of third call projects will receive invitations with additional details in September.

In view of the third call for proposal, a series of support measures will guide and advice applicants on how to improve the quality of project applications.

Four thematic workshops are taking place in Prague on 7 and 8 November 2017  offering a mix of theoretical and practical inputs for advanced applicants who want to get thematic feedback on and visibility for their project ideas. 

The workshops are organised back-to-back and offer advanced applicants with concrete project ideas a mix of theoretic inputs and thematic discussions.

It is recommended to already submit a project idea to the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE online community before you register. Ideas submitted to the programme online community do not have to be published online if preferred.

 Who can apply?
The following organisations are eligible to receive ERDF or Norwegian funding.
- Public authorities, - Public law bodies (bodies governed by public law), - Private non-profit bodies.

Private non-profit bodies cannot take on the role of lead partner.

The lead applicant training will take place in Hotel Westin, Zagreb (Croatia) from 10-11 May 2016, followed by a limited number of individual consultations on 12 May 2016.

 

Slots for individual consultations on 12 May 2016 will be offered on a first-come-first serve basis. Registration for these will open with the event registration in late April. In addition to the consultations offered on the day after the lead applicant training, the joint secretariat will be available for consultations either personally in Vienna or via phone/skype after an online registration.

Apply for funding Second call (5 April - 13 May 2016) The Interreg Europe monitoring committee has approved the terms of reference for the second call for project proposals.

Who can apply?

The following organisations are eligible to receive ERDF or Norwegian funding.

- Public authorities,

- Public law bodies (bodies governed by public law),

- Private non-profit bodies.

Private non-profit bodies cannot take on the role of lead partner

The eligible Interreg Europe cooperation area covers the whole territory of the European Union with its 28 Member States, including insular and outermost areas. In addition, Norway and Switzerland are full members of the programme and organisations from these countries are welcome to participate in projects (organisations from Switzerland cannot be Lead Partner). Partners from other countries can participate at their own costs.

Supporting the shift towards a lowcarbon economy in all sectors

Team up with European peers to improve the performance of your operational programme or policy.

Interregional peer reviews supported by the Policy Learning Platform allow managing authorities and public bodies in charge of local or regional development policies to receive hands-on feedback and advice from other European regions (peers) on the implementation of their policies and programmes.Peers from a selected number of regions are invited to your region – the host region – to examine the specific territorial and thematic context, and make recommendations based on their experience and
expertise.

 

What kind of support can you expect?
The thematic experts of the Policy Learning Platform will support the thematic exchanges between the
participating regions, in particular by:
 identifying suitable peers
 briefing the host coordinator and the selected peers
 supporting the preparation of content input (if desired)
 supporting the coordination and moderation of the exchanges during the onsite visit (if desired)
 supporting the preparation stakeholder interviews (if applicable and desired)
 supporting the finalisation of the peer review report.
Moreover, the Policy Learning Platform can cover travel and subsistence costs (including local transport,
accommodation and food) for up to six peers per peer review for their participation in the onsite meetings.

 

Under the current call, the  managing authorities and intermediate bodies responsible for the management of structural funds (both mainstream programmes at national/regional levels and ETC programmes) as well as public bodies responsible for local or regional development policies can benefit from the individual peer review support provided by the Policy Learning Platform.

 

Deadline: 31st October 2018.

Information to apply for funding of the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme

The third call for proposals was launched on 21 September.

Deadline: 25 January 2018.

 

The key priority areas: 

  • Innovation and knowledge development
  • Low carbon economy
  • Natural and cultural resources
  • Transport

Transnational partnerships can be formed by both public and private organisations. The minimum requirement for a project partnership is the participation of 3 financing partners from at least 3 countries. The typical project duration is around 36 months. The co-financing rates reach up to 85 percent depending on the geographical location of an institution.

Czech Republic: last week of April, Prague

Italy: 6 May 2016, Veneto region

Poland: 16 May 2016, Warsaw

Slovenia: first week of May, Ljubljana
